COVID - POLICY

We do require a minimum 50% deposit online when booking your service.

 

Under normal circumstances, this deposit would be non-refundable to value our time.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

50% ONLINE DEPOSITS:

If we experience closures once again,

we will offer two solutions:

OPTION 1

 

You can have the full 50% refunded.

OPTION  2

 

 You can keep your 50% deposit with us and when we re-open, you will have priority booking. 

* This will apply for all services, not only Microblading.

FULL PAYMENTS ONLINE:

If you paid for your full service online when you booked, we can offer similar options. 

OPTION 1

You can have your full payment refunded.

OPTION  2

 We can refund you 50% of the payment and hold the other 50% for when we reopen and you will have priority booking. 

APPOINTMENT PRIORITIES

During the first closures we experienced from March 2020 to June 2020, completely disorganized most of your personal appointment patterns whether it was Microblading or Brow Shaping. 

 

We were left with the decision to have to prioritize certain appointments due to deposits left by clients who could not receive their service during that time. 

This time around, being better prepared with experience (of something we never expected to have to prepare for in our lives), we have prepared a plan as best as we could incase of any repeats of recent past events. 

This time around, we are accepting deposits for all services with the available above payment options for everyone. The beauty industry isn't going anywhere anytime soon, and we will always eventually be open again.

For some of you who are confident with this you will be able to have priority when re-opening by leaving the deposits in place. For some of you who are not comfortable with the idea of this, your deposit will be 100% refundable but will not have any priority for early bookings when we re-open.

 

We figured this would be the most fair approach for anyone's decision.
